Chief's Wednesday Message 467: Written

           





  This is your chief in the qi tower making my Wednesday message so excited. All of you, for some reason you are not supporting my vtube channel. Few weeks few months ago , I created my Vtube channel Heyy No , my Youtube channel which is an opened resource platform center. So please subscribe, Comment and notification bell. Thats what they say . i am using it as my legacy plat form. So that when I finally go back home , your grand grand grand children, 2000 years down the lane people will come and learn what I learned from Dalto Sri Vjay Eswaran since 24 years ago as your leader, your upline , your chief.   Now, welcome to week 17 guys. Now there is something very important that I want to address. So everyone listen carefully. Now this is your chief. Human nature number one is the greatest enemy of entrepreneurship, network marketing or building the qnet business to maxout , is a very a very complicated human nature called laziness. Now I know you are looking at me panicking and saying No Chief, I am doing presentations. No laziness is not only reflected on our ability to do physical things or to do activity, Lazyness is in your brain and your heart. The body becoming lazy, that means you are just a moron. Heyy now I am talking with love. But the biggest problem in network marketing is when the mind becomes lazy. When the commitment becomes lazy, when the planification becomes lazy, consistency becomes lazy, because come to think about it , network marketing is about hard work and hard work is what everyone is allergic to . I remember what Dalto Sri vjay gave me advice 24 years ago, when I started my journey in qnet as a networker, he said pathman, this requires hard work and I thought Okay? Who does not know that? With common sense I thought at that moment. I later realised what he meant. Its not only the hard work o doing presentations , running events, flying around the world building your organisation. The hard work, The real hard work is remaining switched on in your brain and in your heart, in fact your mindset. Remaining , you know remaining on the ball alright, evolving, growing, changing ,adapting, accommodating, to the changing environment, the challenges, internally in the network and for the external environment. And I realised why  people get lazy alright, number one: Its human nature , so you right now seating on your soffer , in your car, watching on your mobile phone, your I-pad  your computer  . It doesn't matter, you and I both have this lazy D.N.A gene  that we were born with it. Humans were born with this D.N.A  that we deserve to relax we deserve a break, we need to chill out, we  need a balanced lie, all of these are the enemies  of your journey to maxout , all o these are fundamental, internal  enemies that  comes out in the form of an ego  that slows you down , distracts you, completely destroys your pottential to reach your T.A.T  every week and I realised this. Its the Number one problem I face . Alright, networkers can seat  infront of me and say chief, I have a dream. I know what I want to achieve, Chief I am a warrior of  Dalto Sri Vjay Eswarannnn  and then they don’t do it. They don’t even think about the future , find solutions to challenges. They don’t have inteligent discussions, they don’t allow people into their lives to push them. Instead they avooid this people, like a coach B, like a mentor , like an aggressive upline , alright and this is a undamental problem in network marketing. So first lets do an audit of you. And I will tell you why the D.N.A of laziness is getting stronger in you as you are watching this Wednesday message. Ask yourself one question. And I don’t care who you ARE : Maxout queen , VP, AVP, VC , a just signed up. Alright this is your chief in coach B mode okay? So empty your cup and listen

Number one: When was the last time you did a direct presentation , when was the last time? When was the last time you did a presentation? When was the last time you picked up your phpne called the prospect, go down to the coffee shop  took out a piece of paper did the presentation to someone to sign him up as direct referrer, placed him somewhere in your team that could help alot of people and make a commitment that you  going to build him up to the best o your ability? First Question. The answer is three days ago, three months ago, some of you six months ago, that means the laziness D.N.A has seriously woken up in you that killing you and you must put it back to sleep. 

Second audit question: Am asking you , when was the last time you sat, took up a piece o paper and seriously wrote downyour drems again? Because your first dream list is accomplished guys. You bought your toyota, you bought your SWAT watch. Alright, you took your wife to a romantic dinner or husband out for holiday. Its over. Your first dream list is the most important dream list but its also a trap that could slow you down because you have achieved it and you think like, I don’t need to do more because that was my first dream list. Dream lists have to be written multiple times. I write my dream list every year guys. Every year I write down my dream list. I seat down a moment after a moment of counseling with Dalto Sri talking to my amily. Understanding what is my  needs? And my dream list includes material things. Alright? A better house, a better car, better lie, it includes personal development goals it includes, making relationships with  people that matter. So when was the last time you reviewed your dream list. When was the last time you took it out and looked at it? .  And ask youself an honest question, have you given up? Have you compromised? Have you lower3ed the bar and look like you have achieved something instead of raising the bar and pushing yoursel out of your comfort zone ? Thats the second audit question. 

Now the third audit question, Alright that you have to ask is : How strong are your relationships with the people around you? And I asked this question to Dalto Sri and its the sames question he asked me that I am asking you . And you keep watching. This might be the greatest learning that you need to  continue your journey after this?How strong are your relationships? How many people can you truly push and be their coach B and hammer when necessary without the ear of loosing them?  Because  most of us walk on egg shells because we are afraid to push people , whether in the coop-orate world or in network marketing? We are afraid because we don’t want to loose friends, relationships. Let me tell you, if you have a relationship that you think its so powerful but its driven by fear of loosing each other then there is no relationship in the first place. I told you guys many times  on my instagram life , you have to push people knowing that you might loose them. Alright? As long as you trespassed knowing that they are your group ‘A’, committed people, You must give them a wake up call because all your leaders are also lazy like you. Laziness creeps up on  you. It doesn't come and say Tadaaaan am here. No, it creeps , you don’t realise this and I realised when am lazy like on a Saturday or Sunday I realise that am thinking like every body , like the normal 95% o the world that I deserve a break . So now I discipline myself to do things on Saturday and Sunday on my instagram life . Talking to all the leaders around the world , spending time with the people that matter. I push myself . Because this laziness D.N.A like this will sneak up on you. You don’t realise it . 

Now the fourth: How strong are the relationships? You need to test them . Dalto Sri always told me, a relationship is a rope that you are going to use to climb a cliff , Pathman. Don’t you want to test the rope before you climb? So these relationships you supposedly have are the ones that are going to take you to maxout. The stronger the relationship, the bigger the check. I always say this, the stronger the relationship, the bigger your commitments and checks every week. When are you going to test that relationship.When are you going to test that rope and then climb the cliff? So if you want to climb a mountain of maxout, it will depend on the strength of your relationships and if you don’t test them , you will never know the strength. So that is the 3rd point.

      Now this point which is fundamentally important , aright? Laziness is directly related to selfishness . Alright? When you are lazy you think only about yourself, I need to rest, I need a break, a holiday, I need to …… but creates you back to who you were before qnet which is a  selfish human being. In qnet you cannot succeed if you are selfish. You have to be selfless. You must be the opposite of selfishness. That means your success is completely dependent on how you make successful other people in your team and this is where the 4th question comes in . Alright? How many people have you helped to make 250 a week? How many people in your group are earning 2000 weekly? 5000weekly? I you just signed up, how many of your two directs have you helped to grab their 1st pay checks? How many of them have you activated by helping them find two? So alot of people become lazy especially leaders because they think they  are no longer responsible or the success of their down-lines. They just train and sleep?
