What is network marketing?
Network marketing is a business model that depends on person-to-person sales by independent representatives, often working from home. A network marketing business may require you to build a network of business partners or salespeople to assist with lead generation and closing sales.
Why is it so popular in the 21st Century?
Bussiness is normally a backbone of every economy and all business men are constantly searching for more sustainable and rapid ways to sell their goods and services.
Why should a company prefer to sell via network marketing?
a) For the company
In network marketing (multi level marketing) a company simply create a website wherein pictures , videos, certifications and prices of her products are displayed. Secondly, she gives the possibility of every buyer to become an independent representative of the company. By so doing the company gradually grabs hold of many sellers of her products who give her a high turnover as compared to that of a traditional marketer (via shops) . Another advantage is that it permits a fast world wide extension of the company. Thirdly, it's been noticed that companies which pay workers via the time wage system don't benefit like those which pay via the piece wage system. This is because in the time wage system the objectives of most workers are centered on the "going of time" instead of work covered meanwhile it's the work covered that gives the company turnover.
b)For the independent representatives (IRs)
Over time, it's become clear that nobody can really become rich with a "SALARY" . In this regard, everyone likes to be big business man (ENTREPRENEUR) but very few people have the skills and capital to be an entrepreneur. As an IR all you need is money to buy a product which is not even 1/10 of the amount that's needed to become an entrepreneur. Another thing to note is that research has shown that more than 80% of rich men in the world duel on passive income (money gotten from system building businesses). This implies that buy becoming an IR and building a team of distribution, you gradually create passive income for yourself , that's money that not necesitate your eternal presence to sustain it. Here , you can build a network marketing business in 5-10 years and stop working while still receiving gains from the turnovers of your already created distribution team. This of which is not possible in any "job". The picture below shows an example of a distribution team.
All the team is trained by the company itself.
WHow do I detect a good and reliable network marketing company?
a) Emphasis on products and recruitment.
According to the rules of most countries like the US , companies that emphasise only the recruitment of new IRs and not the sales of products are pyramid schemes and are
therefore illegal. In the same way, choose a company whose amounts required to be an IR are equal to the price of the products to be sold in exchange of the money. This implies that if the company does not have products , it's an ilegal sheeme. In
Cameroon for example, the ministry of finance recently banned those whose systems were not comformant of of the mlm rules and regulations in force. This is seen in the screenshot announcement below from the Cameroonian minister of finance.
