1) He is not your CI.

Given that you have never done ecommerce and network marketing before or not with Qnet, there are bound to be some challenges that will make you become poor a bit (Point B) before picking up again. THE ONLY PERSON YOU CAN REFER DURING THIS DIFICULT PERIOD IS YOUR CI. This is because your CI respects you, trusts and or honors you. As such he does not need you to show him how much you have gained already. Infact he is coming to build with you/. You need to understand why you need CI

2) He knows many old criticism stories about Qnet and many people who failed in the bussiness

            When he is not your CI, he will rely on his facebook researches. These researches will show him old and expired criticisms of Qnet. That will discourage him. He will start telling you that he doesn't have money. πŸ’°πŸ’°πŸ’°

Increase your attitude and your concentration on CI.

3) He is a teacher or has this Cameroonian phds .

                Let's imagine this together. If you really know that a Qnet IR is more powerful than the owner of a classic company, and that people who own or create companies do not put any kind of persons as their managers, treasurers and secretaries why then are you focused on simple friends than your family? A leader has the potential to have the riches of the whole world. This is the reason why in all trainings your uplines will be focussing only on your CIs.  SeeπŸ€” yourself as the founder of a new company who needs a treasurer and a manager(his two).  As such, you will stop searching for strangers to be your two. 

          Now onlike your manager and your treasurer who are supposed to be learned and experienced, your two CIs MUST NOT  be learned and experienced. Someone's success in Qnet is not determined on his level of education but on his ability to be COACHABLE. If it was like that , people like VC Sylla Zoumana and AVP Sylla Yousouf would have failed woefully. 

        Also note that if you are serious, you can be having two CIs every year. When the list is treated, most IRs have 2 CIs. Imagine that you concentrate and build your CI 4s to CI 5s you can be referring 2 every year. Imagine that if you do like that and train your CIs to be doing same you will maxout in 3 years.
