Whats Qnet?

It is a malaysian enterprise. It was founded on the 8th September 1987 by Dalto Sri Vjay Eswaran.

Which kind of company is it?

It is an ecommerce company which sells its products using the network marketing system.

What is ecommerce?

It is the selling of goods and services through the internet.

What is network marketing?

It is a model in which a company gives the chance to every buyer of her commodity to sign a commercial contract with her.

The diagram above explains how a traditional business system is.

From the second diagram, we understand that the traditional business system is like a pyramid. This means that the producer is the unbeatable boss , followed by the wholesaler and lastly the retailer. For example on the second diagram, e have taken the example of Nanfang as the company . Nanfang produces bikes. As you see on the diagram, gains reduce and the cost of a bike as the client is approached.

Qnet uses the network marketing system to wipe of the long expensive chain that you see in the two diagrams.

How is the network marketing done?

1) No media adverts

The advert is now done by people from mouth to ear.

2) No retailing and wholesaling

Money that would have been used to pay rents and adverts + money that wholesalers and retailers would have added are all used to pay the persons in charge of mouth to ear adverts. Look at the structure of the Qnet network marketing system in the diagram below👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

Qnet therefore signed partnership with a conglomerate of companies that we called the QI branches(Producers). The QI branches produce health, educational and luxorious commodities. They do not do adverts neither whole saling no retailing. Money intended for these is used to pay qnet and its independent representatives.

Who is a Qnet independent representative?

Any person who has bought a product from the company and willing to work with the company signs a contract and becomes an independent representative. As it is seen on the diagram above, anyone who buys a product is given an online account called tracking center. The tracking centers are created with matricules. It is the tracking centers that signify sold products.
