Master Eight Building Blocks

          The Chief Pathman's eight building blocks have become water to Qnet networkers. You are lucky to have a detailed explanation of the blocks in writing. 1) The dream + Vission

           Every human being has dreams. A dream here does not mean the kind we do during sleep. It means objectives that each an everyone has in mind to achieve. For example my dream of 2035 is to build an ICT University. According to Chief, every new IR must have burning dreams to achieve with revenue from qnet. This is why most of the time during training the leader asks you to write 10 short term dreams and 10 long term dreams. He says that naturally , children have bigger dreams than adults. If you ask your son what he will like to be he will surely tell you that he will be president , pilot , richest man etc. The problem arises when we face many challenges in our adulthood and end up abandoning the dreams and choosing the once we think we can achieve with the little cash we get. But understand that qnet is the best system to build your life and income. In qnet, your dream is like petrol in a car. The moment you do no longer belive in your dreams or you do no longer have them, thats the beginning of your  failure. Always write your dreams and paste on your wall. This will make you to always remember them. Make sure you write things that are compoulsory in your life. It is your dream that will give you energy when you will meet challenges and rejections.

        A dream is also linked to your WHY. The WHY is the reason thats pushing you to do qnet. For example some people say they are the only source of hope to their parents. 2) Commitment 

            After you must have gotten your WHY  and DREAMS, you must get to work to achieve them.If you do not do so, they will remain dreams. Commitment is the extent to which you are engaged to achieve the written dreams. Commitment is not the same like time. The saying that your commitment must be 100 percent does not mean that you must be in qnet all the day. It simply means that if you are still a part time IR, seat down with your leader and planify everyweek how many hours you are going to use to build your business.  At times, IRs who are part time grow faster than fultimers. This is because the parttimer values his 4 hours a day. When the hour for his presentation arrives, he puts his 100 percent effort because he knows that if the time passes she may not have time again. For a ful time IR, he feels like THERE IS STILL ALOT OF TIME, I WILL DO IT TOMORROW. They are kolled by procrastination.

3) List 

                 This is where majority of new downlines get lost because they think it is witchcraft. This is because before they started the business they had a  negative environment which even discouraged him by lieing to her that qnet is witchcrat but he trsusted you and signed up. As a result, when  she is asked to make a list of 200 names she immediately confirms what the environment told her. However understand that in the old business system you need to open a store end seat waiting for many customers but in network marketing you create a list which we consider to be the list off all your  potential partners. It is a simple as you hear. There's no witchcraft in it . This is where majority of the people write names of people who do not exist .As a result,  the list treatment of most people usually have names of non-existing people. The worst is when the non existing name is thought to be CI at the end of training. 

        The direct will hesitate until he discovers that it's not witchcraft, then he tells the leader. Here , you feel like beating the direct. hahahah. Always share your fear experience with your downlines.

    Always guide your new direct when she is writing the list and when the upline is treating it. If not hmmmm. 

               When things go well, the list gives minimum 2 CIs. A CI is someone who trust you blindly

4) Invitation. 

           This is also one of the determining blocks where many get lost. Before qnet, many of you have been inviting people for your birthday parties, born houses etc. Note that when you look back to those classic invitations, you can site 3 things. They are: 

                a) Short 

                b) Passion

                c) Phone call

        When it comes to qnet, understand that it is the same thing. Do not give your prospect alot of information. When you give too much information your guy feel like he already  knows everything. As a result, either he tells you that he will only come when he has all the money or he will tell you that he is not interested, meanwhile if you gave him little EXCITING INFORMATION, he will have come and discover all the information and sign up. When some new IRS are told to give little info, they themselves start thinking that the bussiness is not serious. 

NB There is no fix thing to say during invitation. The only fix things are : through phone only, be passionate, little info. If you are not yet activate, always invite with your referrer. He will study your prospect and know what to tell him. 

                                                             Popular problem in this block

      There is this popular invitation method that hardly works again. I mean this system of OPPORTUNITY. Many negative prospects already know this system. As a result, when you just say ''I have come across a powerful opportunity'' your guy asks you that is it qnet? This is why i hardly use this method. I prefer to tell you that there something i started and I have discovered that its so powerful, i know your day of tomorrow may be busy but i want you to come and I cant afford seeing something like this and not calling you. I trust you, you are always dressed like a gentleman. Between 12:00 to 4:00 what time do you choose?   Here, you see that my prospect has no chance to tell me stories. Note that its easier with me because i believe so much in the business. As a result, i dont invite strangers. Next time i will tell you how to invite strangers(opportunists). 

         Never do face to face invitation 

         Dont be shy in the call. You can even practise before calling

         Include time, place and dressing in your invitation call.

5) Presentation 

            This block is usually explained only to Stand1 leaders. This is because in majority of the offices, leaders who have not yet gained are not allowed to present. There are 3 key things in a presentation: Introduction , Products, Business plan. You just need to make sure that you are passionate and confidential during the presentation. Your language should be the level of the prospect. While presenting, be looking at the face of the prospect eye to eye. This permits you to know if he sis excited or bored. This info permits the efficiency of the immediate follow through.   In the immediate follow through, the networker has a key role to play. he has to make an efficient conscience talk. It is during this conscience talk that you really tell him why you want him to do the business even if he does not have money at the moment. Steps: Talk about why you are doing the business, talk about why you want him to do it by reminding him of things in his life which he does not admire. It can be how he suffers etc. In the last step, tell him the vission and how possible it is for the two of you to achieve it TOGETHER. The best way to make a good conscience talk is to assume that there is no one seeing you. Look at him eye to eye.   Conscience talks are usually only effective if the prospect is your CI. This is because when its not your CI, he is instead angry when you tell him some certain realities in his life. Also, when he is not your CI, you will not even know what to tell him. 

6) Follow through

           This is where you decide if he will sign up or not . I repeat, where YOU DECIDE. This is one of the
